Truth number 1 is the Second Law of Thermodynamics. This law basically states that everything will return to a state of disarray or chaos. What has been done will be undone. You can see this law at work in your daily life. You clean up and things get dirty again. You can put something together and eventually it will fall apart. This sounds worse that it really is, everything being in a constant state of change gives us opportunities to grow. When something is undone it can be remade into something better.

It can be disheartening to watch your best plans fall apart. During this time it is best to focus on what can new plans can be made. Ask yourself what opportunity this change has opened up to you. This continuous state of doing and undoing is completely necessary and natural. Can you imagine what it would be like if there was never any change, no chances to learn and grow?

Know that change will come, so be ready to make the most of it. It may be difficult and scary, just try to remember it is an opportunity for you to create something better. This is one of those times when it is good to just go with the flow. Being resistant to change only makes the whole process more difficult. Take the time to really look at what is happening and allow yourself to be open to the process. You just never know what great things are waiting for you on the other side!
